Gippsland Youth Space is guided by The Victorian LGBTIQA+ Strategy and is committed to safe and inclusive work places, policies and services for people of LGBTIQA+ communities and their families.

Gippsland Youth Space are committed to making gender inequality visible and are guided by Victorian Gender Equality Strategy and the WGEA dataset (calculating the Australian gender pay gap) to ensure public debate of gender equality issues in the workplace. We work collaboratively with employers, business, industry, government and professional associations committed to ensuring women can fully enjoy their rights on an equal footing with men.
